How long will I have to wait to be seen?

Most patients have same day or next day appointments.

How does the referral network work?

When referred to SCA, you will be thoroughly examined by a certified Primary Spine Practitioner (PSP) focused on finding the solution to the problem, not just treating pain. You will then be sent to the provider who will develop the best individual plan for treatment.

What is our multidisciplinary approach?

SCA's approach includes chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitation, cardio, fitness, and ergonomic modification training on site. When referred to SCA, patients are thoroughly examined, triaged, and sent to the provider who will develop the best individual plan for treatment.

What if I need surgery?

Only about 5% of patients seen for back pain require surgery. Patients who are surgical candidates will be fast tracked to specialists usually within 24-48 hours.

How do I know that I will be well taken care of?

SCA's network of experienced healthcare providers are respected and well-known in their specialties. We select and invite only like-minded partners to join our network. Our providers maintain communication with the patient's Primary Care Physician (PCP) and each other, and closely monitor patients every 2-4 weeks to ensure positive outcomes.

Is this covered by insurance?

Yes. All of our chiropractors and physical therapists are certified Primary Spine Practioners through the Excellus PSP Program. Our network of providers participates with most major insurance carriers. All of the providers are individually owned and operated.
